As a Group Managing Director and CEO, Kenny will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the Enlarged Group’s business, and spearheading the expansion and growth of the Enlarged Group.

Kenny is the CEO and co-founder of Plexus. Prior to Plexus, he has held several sales and marketing positions in various multinational corporations in the electronics industry.

He holds a diploma in electronics engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, Western Australia.

Cedric is the co-founder of Plexus and has been the vice president of operations of Plexus since 1998. He is responsible for the group order fulfilment operations. During his years with Plexus, Cedric set up the entire operation including implementing the ERP system and the warehouse logistic centre.

He graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a diploma in electrical and electronic engineering.

Prior to joining Plexus as the CFO in January 2010, Sean was the Financial Controller of Sa Sa Cosmetic Co (S) Pte Ltd, a leading cosmetics retailing company with its group headquarters listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and having over 160 retail stores and counters in Asia. From May 2008 to April 2009, Sean Siu was the CFO in Sisulan PRC (Apparel) Co Ltd. an apparel retailing group with over 1,000 retail outlets in the PRC.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of auditing and accounting and is a certified public accountant with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

He is presently a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and Masters in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.

Mr Wong joined WesTech since 1988 and was appointed to the Board of WesTech in May 2005. In his executive capacity, he heads the WesTech Group’s systems integration business. He has secured many new value-added product lines from Japanese and American manufacturers, aiding the WesTech Group’s expansion and penetration into new overseas markets.

He holds a diploma in electronics engineering as well as a sales and marketing diploma from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Heng Lian Seng is currently the vice president of sales and marketing of Plexus for South Asia. He has more than 15 years experience in corporate electronics sales and marketing. He holds a bachelor of electrical engineering from the University of Western Australia.

Bryan Ong is currently the vice president of sales and marketing for North Asia. He was previously with Metatech (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Landcol group (a company based in Taiwan) and was responsible for its ASEAN operations and played a key role in the Metatech IPO team.

Bryan holds a diploma in electronics engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Mr. Kuek joined the group in 2006 as Senior Marketing Manager for Passive business unit with portfolio encompassing inventory management, new product introduction and program management. He has held various positions with private companies in the electronics industry since 1994.

In 2008, he was tasked to set up a Sales team in Singapore coupled with additional product management responsibility for the Power range of products. He was promoted to the Senior Director, Components in 2009 to manage Sales, Marketing and Operations for the Components business group including regional Sales activities.

Mr. Kuek has more than 15 years of Sales, Marketing and Account Management experience in the Electronics Components industry and he holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

Kelvin joined WesTech in November 2008 and assists the CFO in the overall direction and control of the WesTech Group, including the financial and management accounts, legal matters, credit control, internal and external auditing and financial planning and analysis.

He has ten years of experience in audit and holds a bachelor of business (accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of CPA, Australia.
